What is My Instant Rewards?
It’s a unique program that rewards you for using your Kern Schools Federal Credit Union Visa® Check Card for your Advantage Plus Checking account.

What if I don’t want to travel?
You can redeem your points for gifts and gift cards by visiting the online catalog.

How do I earn points?
You earn one point for every two dollars ($2) spent on eligible Kern Schools Federal Credit Union Visa® Check Card purchases from your Advantage Plus Checking account. We keep track of all the points you’ve earned and provide you with a monthly My Instant Rewards online statement.

When can I redeem points?
You can redeem points any time and can redeem as few as 750 points.

How do I redeem for travel?
Redeeming your points for travel is easy. Simply use our online booking engine or take advantage of one of our travel packages. If you need assistance, call our live My Instant Rewards Service Center toll-free at 1-888-9IN-STNT (1-888-946-7868) twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

How do I redeem for gifts?
Redeeming your My Instant Rewards points for gifts and gift cards is just as easy. Simply compare the total points you’ve accumulated with the number needed for the item(s) you want. If you have enough points, go ahead and redeem. If you need assistance, call our live My Instant Rewards Service Center toll free at 1-888-9IN-STNT (1-888-946-7868). Our reward specialist will take your order and you will receive your item(s) within 2-4 weeks.

Can My Instant Rewards points be combined with points earned on other programs?
Points may not be combined with, or transferred to, other reward programs.

Are my points combined if I have more than one Advantage Plus Checking account?
As long as your Advantage Plus Checking accounts are under one Membership/Account number, your points are automatically combined. So there’s no worrying about which card to use to get you closer to redeeming your rewards – your points are already conveniently counted together!

Do My Instant Rewards points expire?
They’re good for three (3) years from the month they’re earned. So there’s plenty of time (and ways) to use your points.

Are My Instant Rewards points transferable?
Points are not transferable.

How do I view my account online? What information do I need?
Log into DataNet at www.ksfcu.org, select your Advantage Plus Checking Account and click the My Instant Rewards link.
Or, go to www.ksfcu.org and click on "My Instant Rewards" listed under Checking.  You will be asked for certain information including your membership/account number. Once you have completed the registration form you will be able to log in.

When can I access my account online?
If your account is less than 60 days old, you may have to wait a brief period to get into the system. If your account is more than 60 days old and you are still having difficulty, please call the My Instant Rewards Service Center at 1-888-9IN-STNT (1-888-946-7868).
