How do I view my account online? What information do I need?

Be sure to have your VISA® Check Card or Credit Card handy. Complete the online form. You will be asked for certain information including the last six digits of your card number. When registering, you can choose to receive a monthly eStatement notification when your points are updated. Once you have completed the registration form you will be able to log in.

How can I check my point total?

Your point summary is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can check your points on the My Account page or by calling the CO-OP Member Rewards Service Center at 877-COOPMEMBER (877.266.7636).

How often are my points updated?

Points are credited to your account monthly, so it may take up to 45 days for points to be applied to your account. When registering, you can choose to receive a monthly eStatement notification when your points have been updated.

What is the minimum amount of points I can redeem?

CO-OP Member Rewards points can be redeemed for as little as 2,500 points for merchandise and travel. Downloadable rewards may be redeemed for as few as 750 points.

Is there a limit of points I can earn?

You can earn a maximum of 50,000 points in a year.

Do the points ever expire?

No, they do not expire.

What is the best way to redeem my points?

Our online catalog is the best way because your order is instantly received and you have many more merchandise and redemption options. Music and most of the gift certificates are only available online, and they cannot be ordered through the service center number.

How do I redeem points for merchandise, gift cards, and downloadable music?

You can do all of your redemptions online. Select from the hundreds of items available in the online catalog and compare your available points with the number needed for the item you want. Downloadable rewards can be received instantly. If you need assistance, you can call the CO-OP Member Rewards Service Center at 877-COOPMEMBER (877.266.7636). A Redemption Specialist will be happy to assist you.

How do I redeem points for travel?

Redeeming your points for travel is easy. Simply book online, or call our travel agent to apply your points to pay for all or part of your trip. If you need assistance, call our CO-OP Member Rewards Service Center toll-free at 877-COOPMEMBER (877.266.7636) 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Can I combine my points?

All of the ActorsFCU VISA® Check Cards attached to your Checking Account and your VISA® Platinum Credit Cards will automatically be combined into one rewards account for greater point power. If you have more than one ActorsFCU Checking Account or VISA® Platinum Credit Card, you can request that the cards from those Checking Accounts be combined as well. Member Rewards points cannot be combined with points from other reward programs.

Will there ever be a reduction of points?

If you return purchased merchandise, the points will be removed from your account, resulting in a reduction of your points. In rare instances, it could actually give you a negative point balance. Points are also subtracted when you place a redemption order.

Why can't I access my account online?

If your account is less than 60 days old, you may have to wait a brief period to get into the system. If your account is more than 60 days old and you are still having difficulty, please call the CO-OP Member Rewards Service Center at 877-COOPMEMBER (877.266.7636).
