Every senior manager at RewardsNOW is a multi-decade veteran of his or her field.

Steven L. VanFleet — President & CEO
Steve has been involved in most aspects of the electronic payments business over the last 25 years. In his current position as President and CEO of RewardsNOW, he manages a rapidly growing company dedicated to the delivery of broad-based and dynamic loyalty programs for financial institutions. Previous positions include SVP of Product and Business Development for First Data Merchant Services, SVP of Global Debit for Mastercard as well as management roles at the Pulse Network and Diebold.

He is a member of the Connecticut bar with a law degree from DePaul University and an MBA from the University of Houston. A frequent industry spokesman Steve also is an advisor to the boards of multiple payments related companies.

Carey Ross — Finance
Carey is responsible for overseeing the Accounting and Human Resources functions within RewardsNOW. Prior to joining RewardsNOW, Carey was VP of Operations and Finance at Segway Inc, a leader in green personal transportation products, where he was responsible for Segway's finance, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and service departments. Carey has also held several management positions in finance, after-market product support, and operations as well as working as a financial auditor and business systems analyst at PricewaterhouseCooper. Carey earned his undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Computer Information Systems from Western New England College and his Masters in Business Administration from Purdue University.

Jeff Weikert — Sales
Jeff's responsibilities include managing the overall sales efforts including development of channel partners for RewardsNOW. Before joining the firm, Jeff spent 30 years in the financial services industry in a variety of executive roles. Most recently, Jeff was Executive Vice President of Business Development at Verient, Inc. an innovative Silicon Valley start up in the "smart payments" space. Prior to Verient, Jeff served as Senior Vice President and GM of the bill payment business unit at CheckFree Corp. where he was responsible for managing the business unit's overall efforts including sales, account management, product management, marketing and business policy serving top financial institutions in the US. In addition, Jeff has worked for notable firms such as Bank of America, SunTrust and Deloitte & Touche. Jeff earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton (Ohio) and his Masters in Business Administration from Georgia State University.

Pamela Watson — Marketing
Pam is responsible for the marketing function at RewardsNOW which includes branding, new product promotion and consulting with client Financial Institutions and channel partners on best-practices marketing communications programs to promote the customized loyalty programs offered by RewardsNOW. She brings two decades of experience in strategic, integrated marketing communications, branding, B-to-B and B-to-C marketing. Pam holds a degree in Journalism from Marquette University and attended Boston University's Graduate School of Public Communications. Prior to her position at RewardsNOW, she was VP of Marketing for Brandpartners Retail, Inc and Director of Brand Integration at AARP Financial.

John Sirvydas — Technology
John is responsible for RewardsNOW's overall technology direction, as well as overseeing product development, production systems and information technology functions. He has been developing successful software solutions for over 25 years including significant experience in delivering SaaS-based products . Prior positions include Chief Technology Officer roles at Clear Blue Security, LLC, Zaio Corporation, Realink Corporation and Sema4, Inc. John has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.
